Fees and Remuneration

Nick Lawlor Financial Planning Ltd offers all its clients the option to pay by means of fees in support of our commitment to offer a complete independent service. These fees can be offset against any commissions received. Full details are as follows.

  • Financial Freedom is a complete integrated financial planning service which includes a detailed analysis of your financial situation. This service will include a net worth statement, income tax estimation, cash flow statement, as well as an in depth breakdown of a client financial goals and options towards achieving those goals. Recommendations will be made cash flow will be projected into the future. Topics analysed will include retirement planning, investments, risk profiling, inheritance, savings, protection and education cost needs. The fee for Financial Freedom is €2,750 and an annual fee of €400 from the second year onwards*

 

  • Financial Clarity is what I often call the ‘Spring Clean’ of your finances. We will analyse you existing financial provisions, assess their suitability, suggest alternatives and deliver a financial planning report and plan to assist you going forward. We will also include advice and recommendations with respect to a client’s protection, retirement, savings, investments, health insurance and mortgage situation.  The fee for Financial Clarity is €800 and €200 on an annual basis from year two as long as the service continues*

 

  • Financial Simplicity is a service where the full use of financial brokering is made available to clients. Access can be provided to a large number of lenders, pension providers and insurance companies and products can be arranged on your behalf and full advisory service included.  The fee for this service is €200*

 

*Agreement may also be reached to have these fees offset against any commission remuneration payable to the intermediary for business transacted. This can be agreed prior to the consultation.

*Client may opt not to choose this option in which case Lawlor Financial Planning  are remunerated only by means of commission on any business transacted with the various companies with which we hold an agency agreement. The amount of the remuneration will be made clear to the client at the point of transaction and will also be included in the relevant policy schedules issued to the client.
